@lucy @mia @cell @bl00d I am generally very deeply paranoid and I've gone against my gut instincts to trust a lot of people and maybe I'd be doing better if I hadn't. though I think most of the mistakes in my judgment were in cases where the other person was actually a piece of shit and I was too much of a pussy.

@lucy @meso @bl00d @cell bpd isn’t any less permanent than adhd because childhood trauma that severe does affect brain development quite significantly and irreversibly

but it affects everyone differently, and some can learn to cope with it pretty well. neuroplasticity is still a thing after all.
