my hair grew back

over a year ago I thought I was starting the balding process. maybe I was being dramatic about it, but for about a year I lost a lot hair esp near the hair line and top of my head
my hairs basically all grown back now. I switched my shampoo. it fixed almost everything. and I brought my weight up. and im not being terrorized by that man daily anymore.
if you do these 3 things maybe your hair will grow back too

@snacks speaking of white hairs I have a patch on my chin that grows in unpigmented.. cant grow facial hair well enough to see if they’ll grow white but they’ve always been like this. idk if it’s genetic poliosis because my younger brother has a patch of white hair on his head.. but I hate it
