there's the notion that Jews can't be antisemites because then they'd hate themselves (what nonsense, the notion that one can't hate oneself), and many Jews are indeed self-hating, but I'd say the most judeophobic Jews actually quite like themselves and think they're different and better from other Jews. whether because they're christian, or marxist, or whatever. some non-Jewish antisemites accept judeophobic Jews enthusiastically, while others say "nope, you're just like the rest". but the former reveals itself to be cut from the same cloth as the latter when the Jew-hating Jew makes the slightest misstep!
