@paula8 eating 3 meals a day and not having too much bread helped me eat less ig. I also cycle everywhere but i don't really try to loose weight anymore, just want to build muscle without gaining more fat

@paula8 idk if spot removal is really a thing but tummy and hips are kinda the last to go (well, boobs go even after that)
