i really dont want to use AI for therapy, but theres a lot of things i really really dont want to explain to a human, and rubber ducking to my cat is not enough. i usually walk through my thought process and argue with myself over things, possibly this is a bad habit where i self-validate. i need responses that will offer outside perspectives or drill into my reasoning.
other solutions for this:
- therapy (lmao never ever)
- take the anxiety damage and talk to friends/relatives about my Problems
- find random losers online to talk to? just like when i was 15
- obtain obsession with a religion or school of thought
- do nothing, become the schizo (inevitable but im trying to delay this)

i can see positives and negatives to all these things and it seems like a draw.

@why i find that taking the anxiety damage is a short term pain that's worth it for long term gain. it's tough to open up, but once you do, you feel a lot better now and into the future

@why If you'll become a schizo it will happen no matter what if you fuck up the 1% lottery. That said, using AI for therapy will always remain a bad idea.
