@dushman idk why but i don't get the hunger suppression from caffeine anymore

@snacks@netzsphaere.xyz Caffeine weakly inhibits hunger. It's a way stronger effect when combined with nicotine, I'm a smoker myself. Tho I do not recommend starting nicotine if you are not a user of it.

@dushman used to be enough to signifcantly help me diet down from obese to normal bmi in a couple of months
