@mischievoustomato I think if ChatGPT 5.2 xhigh didn’t have Silicon Valley brain damage, it would be the closest to AGI we have. In my daily work with it it’s better than nearly every human I’ve worked with. Code is cleaner, discipline is hight, knowledge is off the charts.

Und als mir eines Nacht langweilig wurde am Wochenden und ner Übderdosis energy drinks. Hab ich mich einw enig auf Youtube umgeguckt. Und bin auf den Kanal DFXPonys gestoßen. Kann mich nicht erinnern je soviel bei ner Serie gelacht zu haben. Als ich ne Woche darauf in den Urlaub gefahren bin. Hab ich mir aus nem Sponatnen Einfall herraus die komplette erste Staffel aufn USB geschmißen udn auf der Fahrt angeschaut. Und daheim hab ich da weitergehschaut udn schlißlich die zweite Staffel auf Englisch angeschaut dann nochmal die erste Staffel aber diesemal auf Englisch und dan wieder die Zweite. @lain LLMs are okay for generating aislop images, for code it will generate the most average code off the training data which usually is bad code as the average quality of code in say github is bad code, unless you have existing code and explicitly tell the ai to match the style you are getting on average crudely spit together code.

@lain i'm not, a Large Language Model is at the end of the day a mathematical average model that can only generate output based off a portion of the training data, which portion of the training data it averages is mathematically manipulated to be something more favourable than a straight middle of the bell curve average, say the upper middle section, sure it will not provide output based off the middle average but will still produce output off a range.

an LLM can't do miracles, it can only work off the training data so garbage in garbage out very much applies, so say you feed the AI a dataset of github code with cuck licenses like MIT, ExPat, ISC, APACHE 2, BSD, etc... and 70% of that code is trash, but you manage to tweak the LLM so it produces code only off the code from the 60 to 80 range off the 0 to 100 set, that still means it'll produce 50% trash code as 70% of the input code was trash so it works of code from range 60 to 70 which is trash code and code from range 70 to 80 of the dataset which is good code, unless you can guarantee all the input dataset code is good or you force the LLM to work from code in dataset ranges 70 to 90 you are sure to have bad dumb stupid code mixed in to any good code can be in the output and even then the output code will require tard wrangler
