@snacks what's the point? Just use less lol, also i have a schizo theory that salt isn't actually bad at all even in high amounts

afaik you just have to drink enough water with the salt, also water causes isses without enough salt to match it too

@snacks true, but i think people put more effort in to lowering salt rather than eating healthier
