@twinspin6 @lebronjames75 there's nice machines for people who don't wanna bother. Ninja has espresso machines that tell you how to change grind settings according to extraction time.
Issue is that espresso needs very precise parameters and even a few days of aging can change them

@snacks i kinda want to get a pour-over thing just cause it seems like a very low effort way to make coffee. all i need is to set up a kettle nearby

@coolbean pourover is def easier and much cheaper than espresso. French lress or aeropress are even more forgiving tho i think
