- music production: During the volume normalization phase, which is post recording, I work on the thing a little, then do other stuff, then resume working on the thing, because it's very exhausting and annoying. When I'm putting effects, which is post-volume-normalization, I get more into it, but often times, like now, I will still browse the fedi because that's how I am. It increases the time spent, but I am comfortable at least.
- computer stuff: since this is more interesting/involved for me, I usually just fixate on it. Recently I had to make a Windows 11 VM to get a thing to make a game run under linux, but then got issues with other things and the whole ordeal took til 3am, but did result in the game running. And I've also fixed 2 bugs on programs, of which 1 pr is already merged on nixpkgs, and the other needs another approval (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ONE ALREADY APPROVED IT WHERE IS THE OTHER PERSON)
