i still dont understand why ppl dont like dynamic linking on desktop operating systems
like its less simple sure but it makes all the surrounding systems simpler again

@coolbean really depemds on whether or not you have a package manager if it's worth it. For windows the only thing that should be dynamically linked is stuff like win32
