i'm still looking for a standalone mouse wheel, since the ThinkPad keyboard doesn't have one. there seem to be no ready-made offers and the home-made ones are all big

@kaia i wanted to use a wacom tablet with touch for this but it turned out it actually sucks as a touchpad

@hj yeah, but that does not work for e.g. PleroFE. it only scrolls the middle part, not the side parts like a regular mouse wheel. even if selected (clicked)

@kaia i mean, there are like standalone small knobs people build / use for their keyboard builds. You can basically map them as the mouse wheel and it should do the job

@kaia i think I've just kinda assumed that there are stand alone ones that are smool, but seems like there really isn't if you don't want a full keypad
