Because I'm sick of every fedi conversation about group chats coming back to one on one chatting or degenerating into chat software discussion. I know a lot of you have discord accounts, and it's a feature rich platform, so let's USE it. Let's organise some GAMES too - remember those?

Don't be an asshole. Nothing illegal. No porn. No hate speech (don't split hairs, you know what I mean.) This not only puts us in line with Discord's TOS, it also should create a nice atmosphere. If you want that other stuff, there's plenty of places online to get it. The objective here is to provide a nice hangout and a way to make new friends!

Great, I think I damaged my phone - at least the battery, which isn't user servicable - by charging it from my car. Is that possible? I used a USB-C cable (not a great one) in one of those cigarette lighter adapters.

Now it's charging REALLY slowly and it won't seem to hold a charge...
