@snacks I'd rather keep the game vanilla or relatively vanilla right now. I'm playing because I've now beaten all the other Elder Scrolls games (well, I didn't beat Shivering Isles yet....) and I want to beat Skyrim (I never have because the main quest is so boring) before TES VI comes out. That probably gives me another ten years, actually.

One of the many reasons Skyrim sucks is the lack of a dedicated magic button. That's one thing Oblivion got very right - you could sword and shield and still have a button for healing. I'm sure they felt very clever having the hand system in Skyrim but the reality is that nobody wants to go into the disorganised favourites menu just to switch between shield and spell whenever they need to heal.
