@newmodel can't tell if youre talking about tasseography (tea leaf divination) or another form of divination I dont know about? ive heard of matchstick divination and yarrow stalk divination both of which are chinese but not sure what you mean..

@newmodel I shouldve included commas in my reply. all divinatory decks are technically oracle decks, but tarot is one system of cartomantic divination and lenormand is another. kipper is another, and sibilla. but oracle decks in common parlance are basically anything that isnt tarot. oracle decks can also be yijing based, but yijing is traditionally done with yarrow stalks not with cards. I could go on. I like collecting decks its fun!

I found brave new world insufferable but the perennial philosophy tempts me. it seems to bake where my own similar thoughts are rather half-baked. and its primary influence may be advaita vedanta which has held such an influence on me since my early-mid 20s. think I'll read it after I go through the primary upanishads again.

@genmaicha ive only had borsht with buttermilk and that combo freaked me out, wasnt a fan. I bet I'd love a superior borsht though.
