I believe that predestination exists for particularly special and holy events. the unfolding of new yugas, the descent of avataras, the divulging of scripture. karma explains much of the story but many people are just blessed beyond their karma, and unlike karma which was caused by them great blessing is always directly from God, and thus could be said to be predestined.

@twinspin6 lots of fish and sometimes (more recently) pork but not chicken and especially not beef. dont ask why pork. its because of chinese food.
