kde needs to option to hide a panel when another panel shows. i want a side panel that is always on except when the bottom panel that dodges windows is on, and i want the bottom panel that dodges windows to not show if the side panel shows

the thing about flatpak cruft after using flatsweep and flatpak repair is most of it is just empty folders so it doesnt take up space
