i disagree with sankaras reasoning in a lot of places but learning about advaita vedanta is still pretty enriching for a monist like me

i really wish shlokam were consistent in offering sankara + anandagiris tikas on the upanishads. i guess im gonna have to read eight upanishads right after this....

Vayu being pratyakṣa brahman (Brahman directly percieved, lit "before the eyes") in the taittiriya upanishad really lines up with the importance placed on Vayu in the brihadaranyaka and in the isha wrt mātariśvā. both ether/sky/space and air/especially the life-breath are compared to Brahman in the upanishads

@vriska you know B has las vegas right? hawaii is nice but alaska isnt that great (ive been, its shitty canada) and arizona isnt las-vegas cancelling out good. i think if you went to maine youd prefer it to pheonix, its got a lot of places like the ones you love in the midwest.
