I'll just roleplay that I killed the village idiot by accident because he was in the way and j was in a hurry (this is literally what happened) and next time I'm in town I'll visit the temple "to repent" and I'll never ever do it again (will be super anal)

dammit I accidentally killed the village idiot with my priest character and saved the game so now my no killing non evil townspeople streak is broken >.< I hope my priest doesnt get defrocked (theres no mechanic for this but I'm roleplaying smdh)

okay is it just me or did monsters that used to breed only up to a point now breed totally uncontrollably in angband??

the other good thing about save scumming is that if I accidentally light a street urchin on fire I can load an old save and preserve dharma

since I'm playing as a priest I can't kill the village idiot who drools on me and gets in the way. I CAN'T kill him even though he is far beneath me, a High Elf. (sorry to whoever took my poll, I promise that dunedan druid is next!)

kinda funny but because of the small screen size on android making it inconvenient to view the whole level map I find I'm doing more diving and less thorough grinding and scrounging which will likely mean my game takes much less long than usual. I still intend on searching the levels thoroughly at some point when I have more spells because I like seeing all the monsters and artifacts.

I feel like there may be fewer monsters in this version of angband but I may be wrong it could just be an early game thing

okay amongst the changes to angband in this later version im playing now there are early game critters with stat drain. this definitely adds a different flavor from it being all very evil later game baddies

playing angband with a texture pack honestly I miss the ASCII. I know this will grow on me though like the ASCII did.
