hinduism shouldn't be called transtheist, only shitty forms of advaita vedanta are transtheist. trika is not transtheist it is very theistic.

i forgot to mention it but a few days ago i collected a bunch of horse chestnuts, scored them (actually my stepdad did this), and partially roasted them only to learn they are horse chestnuts and taste bitter and soapy and also cause illness and even death. i failed at gathering. now i will be banished from the tribe.

the issues around christian soteriology are so one-sided. why can't monergism be true in some rare cases while synergism is true in most? why can't some be genuinely chosen by God not for any positive merits, and others by their own good samskaras combined with the movement of grace? why can't infant baptism be appropriate in some cases and a baptism of believers in others?
and why can't the eucharist sometimes have the real presence of Christ and sometimes be only a remembrance, depending on the holiness of the priest, on the virtue of the person who eats/drinks it, and foremostly on the will of the divine presence to manifest? why can't all things occur by God's sweet will, including the free will of humans? and why can't we just leave it to this will whether or not someone is saved without making assumptions about the unbaptized and the "heretic"?

eternal damnation believers frame their arguments in such sophistic and even fallacious ways. "God is so awesome that defying His glory warrants eternal torture". "God is infinitely good so to be sinful is to be infinitely bad warranting infinite punishment". how about God is infinitely good so He is infinitely merciful, and would never create a being so depraved from birth that it has no future but to burn forever without the intervention of grace? catholics aren't immune here for being synergists, as even augustine believed in eternal damnation for unbaptized infants. the truth is God has the best intentions for everyone, so all hell is purgative. all God's punishments are kind, and meant as a learning experience for the heedful.

the abrahamic religions which usually understand Gods formlessness all seem to regard God as sitting on a "throne" in some high part of heaven. God has no true form and is all-pervasive. He may dwell in certain high heavens, but what makes such a heaven is feeling His presence not Him reclining on some throne there.
