idk whether i should go to church tomorrow or the buddhist temple service, though tomorrow is the first sunday of advent,,,, something in me makes me think buddhist temple might be better but i have no idea which part of me to trust

i wish it was clearer what is just an unchangeable part of my nature and what's not. buddhism says i have no intrinsic nature, so i've always just held by that but now i'm wondering if maybe there are just things that will always suck about my existence. it seems like that's the case
