@snacks when i was underweight i basically cut out breads, pastas, and liquid calories.
i stopped buying snacks completely so they werent in the house. (this is why ive gained weight tbh, my mom buys lots of snacks and theyre too easy to grab plus im a slut for treats)
for a treat, id make chocolate chip cookies in a small 6 piece batch. it took effort. if i wanted them bad enough id have to put in the effort to make them.
i didnt eat enough veggies. i ate an ok amount of meat.
i kept tuna on hand as my quick go to for whenver i was hungry. just plain tuna outta the can. sometimes id add a pickle.
the diet needed more balance, but it kept weight low and i had enough energy for daily 30-90min workouts.

@kernow oh yeah no liquid calories.
anddd a 15min workout is better than no workout on days you dont wanna. even if youre bumming around the entire time. it helps keep the consistency, the routine

@twinspin6 ok size doesnt have anything to do with seeing the world. i mean hah i mean if we're talking about countries
but it's much easier to traverse multiple countries in europe. germany is the size of one state. america is a huge. it's a lot of travelling. if we wanna see a bunch of clustered countries we have to go over seas not get in our car. i could visit Canada but for what
