what’s with doctor wait times anyway? Get there 15mins early, as requested. Wait forever. Go into the room. Wait forever? Doctors talks to you for like 10mins.

it was nice when receptionists took your info and made you appts instead of taking your email, misspelling it so you don’t get the paperwork, having to call and correct it, filling out the paperwork, having to call back to set an appt…… then…… filling out the same paperwork you did through email at the office while you wait 40 minutes to be seen.

spelling out my name over the phone is a nightmare, no one gets it right and im an idiot for having it as my email address.. but srsly my last name is spelt exactly as it sounds
