i was so excited to do some stuff with my early morning shift while no one was in, but i unfortunately figured out how to open machine pieces and basically spent my entiiiiiiire shift cleaning them.
i asked the manager if the things opened. theres hinges, but i couldnt get it open. she said "idk, ive never opened it"
well fuck me in the ass, i managed to open it. and GOD. yeah no one has opened it. something thats cleaned daily on the outside but never on the inside?? no one thought to try and open these things? idk what they even are but it has 20 parts. glued shut by old grease build up.
i shouldve left it alone and cleaned the outside like everyone else. but its something used for cooking. food. ew. food safety.
