@xj9 @haskal @voidwitch more than a karyotype is needed for intersex conditions like women with CAS. i would say "just give their whole genome in a qr code" but that's extremely evil and anyway why are we in a world where government knows where and when everyone is born. it's birth certificates that are weird.

@xj9 @voidwitch @haskal i mean sex isn't as useful to prognosticating infants health outcomes as a lot of other factors, but for sexually mature adults it matters, stuff like cancers and heart disease.
