@georgia yeah I'm pretty sure the reconstruction phase is over. I've tried whisky at friends a couple times and I don't like it tbh. why is it so expensive?

@methyltheobromine cause it was in demand during the war. people want to dull the pain. it was the preferred drink of soldiers to clean their wounds and get fucked up. war then was hell. you lined up to get full of holes and gangrene and all manner of old timey pestilential conditions.
