who will code my wm ideas

i'm thinking like an edge and vertex adjust mode within and between tiles like changing a pages margin, a draw (by slicing a fresh grid) and drag mode or just draw to adjust curent layout, drag to make float or a new master and retile other windows with a slice, snap in and out
