@roboneko @admin @graf i don't believe it was more than an excuse but that's what he has said, my point is that he was making a fucking stupid point to claim bundy could've been stopped by porn. fucked up murders and cults and shit were just the zeitgeist of the 70s.
anyway i think porn should be regulated, not illegal, because i am a pragmatist. i don't think things that happen to people should get the free speech defence. porn should never depict crimes, for instance. though it not existing is ideal societal changes such as this should happen slowly and organically with the support of decades of research showing porn rots the brain, causes impotence, divorce, and even affects empathy and tolerance for violence.

@BrothorCraig @graf to me the calculus is simple, is orgasm inspiration material worth the chance of masturbating to someone trafficked or raped? what's an acceptable number to you? 5%? 1%? considering the amount of porn men watch with escalating depravity there is a greater than likely chance at least one was a rape.

@roboneko @admin @graf because when crimes happen in porn, ie rape, physical assault, they are showing acts actually happening to someone, and this is not the case in movies. women become injured from porn. they get fistulas and prolapses, people get STDs. they become drug abusers. read quotes from actual former porn actresses and they describe all of this. it's an extremely dark industry. porn abusers don't want to know this. they just want a guilt-free wank.

@Moon @admin @graf @roboneko i mean the demographic that consumes porn the most is 12-17 year old boys. while "barely legal" is creepy i'm saying porn should be regulated to a degree it is provably legal. ie, participants should have a valid ID for the video itself to be considered lawful. i think if this happened people would be shocked at how many women in porn are underage. the "internal monitoring" in porn is absolute garbage. "i consented to this video" is a formulaism because payment can be and is withheld when it is not given.

@numberonedonaldtrumpfan @0 @xue amateur porn is hit or miss. the tag amateur porn is regularly given to porn produced by professionals albeit with amateur participants. i wouldn't trust anything not submitted by participants themselves with active social media presences.

@Moon @admin @graf @roboneko i wasn't trying to say there is, it's just very creepy. however i do think live porn made to look like incest and prepubescent "sex" should be illegal, definitely. regardless of whether it's real masturbation rewards those tendencies. of course, men can always just sample rape scenes from movies, and often do, but that's impossible to prevent.

@rikkatakarada @admin @graf @roboneko this is a semantic argument, but i'll bite. say there are two people, and a guy with a gun who says "fuck eachother or i'll kill you". would you not say both are victims of rape? the legal definition of rape accords with me here. it even includes rape by deception.
