If not flat out believing a source that shows very clear bias is antisemitic, there’s a very serious issue there
People don’t like being gaslit and shut down for thinking about topics critically, and this is 100% why Israel is losing more and more support in the west everyday, their tactic is to bully and gaslight people into letting them get away with everything

It’s scholarship from Israel and what was an oppressed communist country for decades who had their best interests in pushing such a narrative, there is bias in those sources whether you like it or not and I don’t like being manipulated or bullied into following a narrative

And If you think the words of a Holocaust survivor talking about the Holocaust and about his own treatment today are vitiated because of universal army/national service, can I guess you similarly doubt figures released by the Hamas controlled Health Ministry now? Hamas has also claimed to have killed 1500 Israeli troops, a number an order of magnitude off from the Israeli figure. I'm guessing you've already decided who's right for no reason other than bias?

They are killing civilians including children, disabled, pregnant indiscriminately. It's stated as part of their strategy if you read about Israeli doctrine. I heard it from the thegrayzone a news outlet with jewish journalists. Max Blumenthal have gone in depth about Israeli military doctrine and every civilian is valid target. They are very upfront in Israeli media about their intentions. They say kill everyone. Just here in west the media can't be that honest

It is true. It's part of official documents. Can't get more factual. They have to limit somehow to not lose support of US. But already the amount of civilians deaths in relation in to military deaths are among highest in such a short period (period) than in any conflict

Of course Israel has bombed crossings and safehouses and rejected aid transfers all of which are deplorable.

@animeirl @Arcana @anemone @dicey there's an important distinction between ethnic cleansing and genocide that's not racism at all. And yes I support the existence of Israel and that's not racist either. It's not just ancestors, Jewish culture is deeply rooted in the land down to Jewish holidays being tied to the weather there. So yes, I believe that the ethnic group that was there first deserves a place along with the group with longstanding presence.

I guess best to not engage in discussion no matter how unreasonable the arguments. Many sane people hold the same beliefs. But they don't know how to think for themselves. Usually if you are schizophrenic for example you would know to distrust official sources instinctively. Most schizos see that we are living a lie as I am one myself.
