@georgia sample size 1 but at the same time, well, I can pretend to be confident but I'm not capable of being funny around women

@georgia you don’t even have to have that just talk to a lot of girls

@teratology @georgia you're probably just naturally charismatic. Unless you feel mocked, i'd take it as a good thing

@mischievoustomato @georgia I'm not charismatic at all! Some people get the wrong impression of me at first until they get to know me, but otherwise people think I'm pretty hilarious because of my rolodex of hate and wit.

@mischievoustomato @georgia people tell me this. I didn’t find somebody until I was set up by a non idiot matchmaker

@sun @georgia In my case I rarely initiate conversations with people, and I get very anxious around women, so it's a no go for me. I can hold conversations with them still, but I'll be colder and keep some distance. I don't know how to deal with this, which is why I have hope for getting with someone from fedi because here talking to everyone is easy!

As for matchmaking... I'm having some hope as I have asked someone from here with help with that

@sun @georgia i hope stuff for me goes well because i've been told that i'd be a good bf so there's some hope there even if i think its naive

@mischievoustomato @georgia @sun if you got off the Internet and spent a healthy amount of time normie moding then you would surely find someone.

@teratology @sun
I think i'm in a state of learned helplessness because I'm just never really in social stuff with women, only guys, so yeah. My contact with women has been minimal my whole life if i discount elementary and my mom sister and grandma

also what the fuck is normie moving? @mischievoustomato @georgia

Try being the same way with women as you are with men, just keep in mind that the humor guys enjoy, women largely don't understand or find off-putting, especially dark edgelord humor. Like don't joke about total nigger death or whatever. Also try not to be a stone-faced chud like me, by which I mean at least try to pretend you're enjoying yourself even if you don't like being there

@Tsuki @georgia @sun guys online seem to severely overestimate what most women want in a relationship.

@mischievoustomato @mischievoustomato @georgia @sun @teratology Another thing to understand is that the more you overthink, the more you paralyze yourself. Normies practically sleepwalk into relationships because they don't think at all. The less you think, the better. Just don't blurt out any crazy shit and you'll be fine.

@lich @Tsuki @georgia @sun incel horror stories are a bad way to learn more about women if you never spoke to one intimately

@lina @Tsuki @georgia @sun people really need to look into the manosphere podcaster crowd and think critically about anything they have to say and why it’s wrong usually.

@lich @Tsuki @georgia @sun to me it's just easier to draw parallels, i see incels vilifying women to the point of absurdity and i end up recalling that spinsters and radical feminists did the same thing, except towards men, and then it all ends up making complete and utter sense with a comparison like that

If you're intimidated by talking to hawt women, just remember that every one of them occasionally shart in their panties, and are mostly just looking for a guy who will still wanna hang out with them afterwards.

@georgia Jarvis, pull up the chart, x-axis will be attractiveness of men, y-axis will be perceived humour of the men

@lina @Tsuki @lich @georgia @sun looking at crystal.cafe was a real redpill for me. i was like "wow. women are fucking pathetic lmao" and immediately felt more comfortable about em, could be friends with em, etc.

@teratology @mischievoustomato @georgia @sun making friends with girls before trying a relationship also highly recommended. you get used to em, comfortable around them, enjoy time with em. and maybe if she thinks you're cool she'll set u up with a friend. and also u hv a friend with firsthand info about women

@pernia @Tsuki @lina @georgia @sun I sort of feel bad for the women there because they’re miserable, but then I remember that they’re miserable because of their own terribleness.

@s2208 @jeffcliff @georgia I once got the job because I told the hiring manager "Hire me", so she did. She told me that after-the-fact; that was the reason she hired me.

Men and women are not the same.
