@georgia beans are ok. not what i would call high quality protein but better than soy (or whatever) patties. also there's probably zero cholesterol on your list

@georgia i love eggs. i cut back to about 4-6/day though since i'm on a diet. 4 normally now, unless i'm doing a lot of shop work then 6. i was eggmaxxing at a dozen or more but that turned out to be eggcessive and i wasn't burning fat like i wanted

@georgia if your mom has an air fryer you should get a whole head of cauliflower and cut into florets then toss with olive oil and air fry until SLIGHTLY crispy then toss with whatever your fave sauce is

@georgia there was a while where all my meals were just "random assortment of vegetables and toufu with salt + pepper + cumin + coconut oil in an air fryer then some kinda sauce
