@georgia no one clears cookies anymore, when they have to log in for everything and setup privacy settings for every page.

tracking the ip/fingerprints doesn't work for link-tracking, however. its some js that does that.

@georgia This has been on my mind lately, I use Kagi with their privacy pass token system and JS disabled so my searches are theoretically private, but it's highly likely that I'm the only person using Kagi from my ISP's IP range with privacy pass and a recent Chrome on Windows user agent

They can almost certainly tell it's the same person making the requests, at least I had the presence of mind to create my account and set up privacy pass at my local library (which uses a different ISP), so I doubt they can link my searches to my account with a high degree of confidence
