@georgia the Vedas have a ton of overlap with daoist philosophical ideas. Even moreso overlap between buddhism and daoism, to the point that they naturally fused in chan (the belief that Laozi and Buddha knew each other or were the same person is very very popular in China). And the upanishads developed along and after Buddhism. Definitely not a coincidence

mental models are fundamentally reductionist things, that simplify whatever they describe. sometimes, this is useful, but other times it makes everything worse
anything we might say about these things is misleading and incorrect, worse than wrong. maybe we can hint at them, or maybe even that is a mistake
