sridharas gloss (or maybe the commentary on his gloss i may have read it wrong) says that Thou art That (tat tvam asi) means the jivatman is Ishvara (yes!!!) but also says those who know Brahman without being devoted to Ishvara only know the "Thou" without knowing the "That", which would definitely explain why many bhaktas say that the bliss of Ishvara is so much better than the bliss of the Atman experienced by the jnana yogis. I dig it!!
