@lain my favorite Indian dish has got to be palak paneer I also love bhaigan bharta and anything with a tomato cream base is alright with me. damn now I want shrimp tikka masala

@lain omg lain is a spicelet (for me it depends on the kind of spice. many spicy chilis I can eat if theyre paired with a little sweetness but I can't eat wasabi at all)

I don't get why folk like palak paneer so much. Pretty much any non Indian I've seen here seems to like it, I don't think my mother prepares it badly but it isnt something I particularly enjoy.

On the subject of greenslop dishes makki roti with saag is so much better

Still nobetter than the goats of veg desi dishes --- pav bhaji, Dosa Sambhar Chhole Bhature kulche chhole and Aloo Puri as a runner up
