when the when the focus medication makes you focus on your gender shit so hard it breaks through the protective layer of dissociation and now you are desperately trying not to perform more self surgery even though the self surgery demon is looking pretty good because you are not relieving yourself because of aforementioned unfortunate focus

@risperdoll youre not wrong the last time I was really suffering from DP DR I couldnt feel pain at all (I plucked some nosehairs and they didnt hurt at all). I'm usually kind of a baby about it, very indolent.
