@georgia I learned kana and a few kanji. For some reason devanagari just doesn't tickle my brain the same way as kana did but also I learned kana when I was 11 and had the wherewithal to just like repeatedly write them over and over and over until i had them memorized and even still sometimes katakana slips my mind
