I wish theocracy meant a real dictatorship of highest dharma (where saint-sages interpret it) and not a dictatorship of dogmatic priests and clerics and popes. thats what I meant when I said a dharmic theocracy is the best form of government... this is my opinion but I think such a government ruled by the law of love and devotion would end up looking like a social democracy with strong support for monasteries and syndicates and the poor and disenfranchised. unfortunately we live in kali yuga so such a thing is unlikely to be successful. people are ruled by the law of self-interest.
