@fiore i mean i don't wanna either, due to the stinkers that have been a mainstay of webdev for the last several decades

i gotta admit though, once you remove all the cursed stuff people built on top of it and get down to the low level it can be pretty nifty

like i'm not a webdev at all, haven't touched it since i first wanted my own website in the early 00s, and when i set out to write the chimera website i mostly just used modern stuff and was pleasantly surprised how neat it is in some ways and had fun

@q66 ill have to make a blog soon i really hope it doesnt make me bash my computer against a wall

@fiore just gotta be picky about what you use to make it and i think it's gonna be fine

@fiore i think it can be fun if you avoid the usual suspects as much as possible (large frameworks, js, etc.)
