@scathach plant compounds that mimic estrogen but do a pretty poor job of it usually. although soy does a good enough job to not be recommended for women with estrogenic breast cancer.

@georgia Oh yeah no I was looking at it because supposedly it helps with sex drive and mine is chronically low

@georgia In general I feel the same way but it being so low has actively made getting close to people I like harder than it would otherwise be

@georgia And like, everyone I'm close to has a higher sex drive than me and if I get into a relationship with someone I don't want to end up subjecting them to bed death
