I've never been able to stomach liver, the smell and taste of iron has never sat well with me. it's weird because I will take my steaks or most meat medium rare or rare. I understand it's not the same but in most minds it's more or less the same. I just, there's no way I could eat liver. No kidney, no heart, nothing like that. No organ meat but I will eat any other cut of beef, chicken. I can't do fish, something about the smell even when cooked just puts me way off.
