Before starting Retro Gaiden, I looked for a great retro-themed #Fediverse instance to join & promote. I fully expected to find one.
I did not.
Every instance I found was permeated with politics & social justice commentary. Not to mention, they all had an identical look. Plain and boring. They're all "retro" in name only.
Retro Gaiden is simply the best retro-themed #Mastodon server on the internet and it's not even close.
