I'm not too knowledgeable about it myself, but Hurricane Electric used to have these certification tests: https://ipv6.he.net/certification/
At least it might point you in the direction of things to read about.

I never received mine, though I've completed it over 15 years ago. Could be that it just got lost in transit or stolen at Russian customs office (odd, but not uncommon).
