debian is a great operating system i do rm -rf /var/lib/postgresql && rm -rf /etc/postgresql, purge and reinstall postgres and it doesn't run initdb wow so cool

@m0xEE i actually ran `sudo dpkg-reconfigure postgresql` to see if that would do something, it did nothing but exit successfully anyway
