@graf all the restaurants have generators and they restored power to the tourist villages first

@graf they wanted to power businesses first. We're at like 50% power restoration but my village isn't powered up yet. The economy here is rough but they wanted all the restaurantsopen so locals can stimulate the economy with fema money and fema agents can spend their money here
