Do others of the queer/trans catholic cabal on here desire something more from the church/community?

I want something and I don't know if I want a social group or a theology discussion group or a message board for internet schizos. Curious if others have thought about this.

Considering organizing something if I can figure out what the hell to organize.

@amy would be happy to join such a comm. the shape, idk. so far it's just loose ppl on my discord and on here. I know there's tons of discords like this too, with their own crowds (for better or for worse)

@kon Yeah I see lots of small friend circles, and I'm hesitant to just organize a social group because I don't think it's any better than that. maybe worse in many ways.

@amy it could end up becoming a Schelling point though. I feel like there's an emerging community here for sure that doesn't really have a home

@kon This is true. I've been imagining something with local irl groups but I'm not sure there's enough queer catholics talk to each other to facilitate such a thing.

@amy id love to hop in a theological discussion group though im not catholic. rly id widen it to a broad inter-faith discussion group and make it a discord or an irc chat if we gotta get foss with it
