@hidden then the dna test is almost certainly not lying, ashkenazi genetic diversity (well, lack thereof) exists in a narrow enough band that dna tests can be quite good at screening it out

@parker Yes for sure. I want to get more into my genealogy but there's a big question mark with my Ukrainian family. Been able to track my mother's side to East Anglia and Normandy though

I would tell people I was from Ukraine cause a Russian accent is the only one I can do reasonably well and this was 10 years ago so know one knew anything about Ukraine
My room mate would tell people he was from Estonia cause no one had heard of it and didnt know what their accent sounded like

Those DNA testers will always toss that in to mess with racists. Also, to be honest, those lab tests really can't tell you your race.

I'm pretty sure the lawsuit to stop 23andMe from selling everyone's data is still ongoing. In a proper society nobody would have to worry about what some foreigners want to do with your information.

They do as the result of their inbreeding.
23 told me I'm 0% jewish. I supposedly have a good amount of neanderthal and some "viking", however they measure that.
