Haven't cycled since tuesday and now doms hits

@snacks isn't that too late for doms aurashrug do you stretch enough? if you sit too much, do you stretch piriformis and glutes, hip flexors?

@kaia i don't really stretch, no. Also yeah, idk if it's actually doms but kinda feels like it but only happens if i don't cycle for 3-4 days

@snacks yeah, that's not doms, that's not stretching enough. 5mins of different stretches will alleviate that, check out some YT instructions.

learn that now and get into habit, since this is the main cause for people getting back issues later in life. they get back surgery and stuff, since nobody told them how to properly maintain their muscles and stretch their fasciae.
