since macos got wiped I'm taking it as a sign from God that I should use only free software on this computer (except necessary drivers ig)

Why would you need more than ACPI and VESA on real hardware?

@georgia The drivers are not free - the proprietary competent of such drivers is loaded by the backdoored and handcuffed bootloader.

If you can't change the software, due to a cryptographic signature that you don't have the key of, that software is not free, even if you have the source code, under a free license.
