@anemone @genmaicha actually the subtle precedes the gross. revblobfoxnerd consciousness, better called energy-consciousness, underlies all things. while at perfect rest this consciousness is mere witness (sakshi), but the potential for energy is still inherent in it.

science agrees that the whole world is energy but will likely not for many years recognize inherent consciousness of which all things are comprised (energy is the potential/act of consciousness to vibrate and move), as consciousness is transcendental and not both empirical and transcendental like energy

the only way to emperically verify this is tests on yogis basically even then pure consciousness is experienced not observed except by its effects on energy
